Book1One Affiliate Program

Book1One's Affiliate Programs provide opportunities for associations and other member-based  organizations to offer Book1One's book manufacturing services to their membership at special discounts off of the normal, published book manufacturing prices. Participating organizations can also receive a "royalty" on the book projects completed by its members.

No written contracts or agreements are required, and the Programs are open to any member-based organization who would like to participate.

A link, placed on the organization's website, would enable members to connect with a special "affiliate program landing page" on Book1One's website to access their program. A discount code, created by Book1One, would be given to the participating organization to be used by its members when placing book manufacturing orders. This code, when included with the member's order, activates the discount and also identifies which organization the member belongs to.

1. How can members from participating organizations submit their book production orders?

Book1One's production process works exclusively with easy-to-use PDF files. Members, who are ready to upload their book files, can do so through our website ordering system. This system provides easy step-by-step instructions, that makes uploading both the book content and cover files a snap. Our website also has a book price calculator that enables a member to determine exactly what the cost to produce his or her book will be before they upload their files.

2. How do members identify themselves when placing a book manufacturing order?

When placing their order, the member would insert a special membership discount code (a six character code provided by Book1One to the participating organization) in a code box on the order form. This code would automatically recalculate the pricing on the order, applying the member discount.

3. How does the participating organization receive the royalty payments?

Normally, royalty payments are sent to the organization at the end of each calendar quarter, paid by check and mailed on or about the 15th of the first month following a quarter.

4. Is the organization notified of the order activity of its members?

Yes. A report listing all member activity would accompany each royalty payment.

5. How does the organization inform their members of the program?

Participating organizations can inform their members in a number of ways, including short newsletter articles (both print and electronic), by special announcement emails and via their websites. Book1One can also help any organization create their information pieces.

6. Is there a link to the Book1One's website that members can use to access the Program?

Yes. Book1One would provide the participating organization with a URL link that, when placed on the organization's website, would enable its members to connect with an Affiliate Program landing page.

7. How can an organization start an affiliate program with Book1One?

It's very easy to start and affiliate program. There are no written contracts or agreements to sign. The organization need only to contact Book1One regarding their interest. Book1One would assist the organization in developing announcement articles to its members (if desired) and provide the URL link and special discount code.
